Its straw yellow color with golden reflections, harmonious on the nose, displays a great balance between varietal notes and tertiary hints of vanilla and toasting. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, with great persistence. We recommend it with fish soups, vegetable couscous, red tuna, and white meats.

With a ruby red colour, notes of red berry fruit emerge on the nose, cherry in particular, and spicy notes. In the mouth it is medium-bodied and with soft tannins. Of great versatility, we prefer it with medium-aged cheeses, roast meats and, with a few degrees less temperature, with grilled fish.

From the golden yellow color with amber reflections. In the mouth, it's sweet and enveloping, but not cloying.
