Training on low espalier and "candelabra" pruning system
The freshly harvested grapes are immediately refrigerated in a cold room at 10° C.
Fermentation in maceration in vats at a controlled temperature at 16/22°C for approximately 15 days.
Aging in oak tonneaux for approximately 36 months and, once bottled, it rests in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months.
Serve at 20°C.
